Free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom
We will endeavour to process your order within 3 working days following receipt of your order. However, we will only dispatch items after payment has been approved. While we make every effort to deliver your purchase on time, we cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver within the stated time.
Postage within the UK will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service which requires a signature as proof of receipt. Overseas deliveries may vary according to the country of destination
Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery and provide a signature.
Delivery within the EU costs £10 via the Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ service. Delivery is normally within 3 –5 working days and parcels need to be signed for. Please ensure that you state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery and provide a signature.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES – UK AND EU
We want you to be happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that it’s not quite what you were expecting then we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods provided they are returned to us unworn and in a saleable condition in the original packaging.
If you wish to return an item you must notify us within seven days of the date of delivery. Please inform us of a return by email to the email address quoted on the sales invoice. The returns form included with your delivery must be completed and returned with the item. The item must be returned to us within 21 days of purchase in its original packaging with all labels still in place on the jewellery.

On receipt of the jewellery a refund will be made to the original cardholder. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. We recommend, for your own protection, that you use the Special Delivery service so that you can track your return and insure it as we cannot accept liability for postal losses. Goods are returned to us at sender’s risk and cost. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that for hygienic reasons we do not accept the return of pierced earrings.
